Preschool Program
The Preschool Program is a center-based, intensive treatment program based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; it specializes in working with children with autism and language delays. The school is open to children between the ages of 2 to 7. We encourage typically developing children to enroll in the center, as this will benefit all children immensely from shared growth and learning experiences. Inclusion provides a challenging, enlightening, and motivating environment for all children. The program is a multidisciplinary treatment plan, which provides services in the areas of behavior, academics, and language development. Each child rotates through three settings a day. Pre- academic class where the children learn pre-classroom skills in a small group setting to prepare them for a typical school setting. Acquisition class where the child works one on one on new skills along with some independents skill to prepare them for pre-academic and social class. Social class provides the children an opportunity to play and learn from one another in a small group. Each setting employs both intensive teaching and natural teaching strategies. We also provide "hands-on" training to parents of the children who attend the center by having the parent attend and actively participate in their child's therapy session at least once per month to stay "up-to-date" on their child's programming. We welcome you to The Learning Lane and hope to make every child feels triumphant in some way each day.
ART Learning
Children enrolled in the program will also have the opportunity to attend an art class every other week during their sensory movement time. Learn more about how art can benefit a child with autism.

IEP Consultation
A member of our team can review your current IEP along with treatment plans. We can also assist you with making recommendations for your child’s goals and improvement in data collection to determine if progress is in fact occurring. A consultation involves providing us with access to all the ARD records and meeting with us at The Learning Lane center. This process will prepare you to be more informed and effective in your next "Team Meeting".
ARD Direct Advocacy
A member of our team will join you at the ARD to assist in representing your child and making sure your child’s rights are being met with the educational process of the ARD Committee.
